Summer Treat That’s Great for the Heart!

There’s nothing that is as fabulous for your inner and outer beauty than something that tastes good and is good for you! In my book I have recipes that are good for your heart and are cancer fighting!

Just use the incredible VitaMix blender to make a healthy smoothie that just tastes so very wonderful. To make this smoothie you will need:

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Red Grapes
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • Ice
